310S stainless steel is austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, has a very good resistance to oxidation, corrosion, high temperature, because of the higher percentage of chromium and nickel, so that has a much better creep strength, can continue to work at high temperatures, has a good resistance to high temperatures. Because of nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr) content is high, has a good resistance to oxidation, corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, high temperature resistant steel pipe is specially used in the manufacture of electric furnace pipe and other occasions, austenitic type stainless steel after increasing the content of carbon, due to its solid solution strengthening effect so that the strength has been increased, the austenitic type stainless steel chemical composition is characterized by the addition of molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium elements based on chromium, nickel, due to the organization of the Face-centered cubic structure, thus high strength and creep strength at high temperatures. Melting point 1470 ℃, 800 ℃ began to soften, the permissible stress continues to decrease.
